Deliverable D2.4 - Teleoperator interaction design concept

The purpose of this deliverable is to define a concept of interaction design for teleoperators (i.e. which possible design approaches, tools, metrics and evaluation methods, and which specific process for teleoperation design), that fits the objectives of Robot@CWE and that is accounting of the project's application scenarios.
